Set in the beautiful landscape a couple of kilometers west of Les Baux, this was our family home and the DPD office for many years before moving to Arles.
Built originally as a goat shed, the house was extended by stables and gites in the 80s and 90s before we bought it in 2003 and started extensive renovations. Built around a courtyard we opened the building up to the views of the surrounding countryside, envisioning a mid century modern vibe with provencal details. The living areas open onto wide terraces shaded by moveable screens which one slides around according the level of shade required and the time of day; terraces that overlook the pool area, surrounded by olive trees, and the rocky outcrops of the Alpilles beyond
