Contemporary Villa, Mouans Sartoux

Contemporary white villa, created for an international client for family and guests, with open-plan, easy-access ground floor spaces and a series of colour-accented bedrooms, plus mosaic-clad steam room.

An interesting example of 80 architecture, but with some major flaws in the layout which we had to resolve. Huge blue metal windows were removed and re-sized, floors leveled up, all infrastructure re-done with modern bathrooms, kitchen, and the addition of a hammam. The gardens and pool were completely re-worked to create a comfortable and modern easy to live holiday home.
